Sigh.
Everyday I’m facing problem getting myself to bed!! I think my sleeping and waking up time is all in a mess and I need to do something about it before school start. ):
Sleeping early will help to solve my complexion problem and healthier in a way I guess and now I am trying to have a cup of hot milk before going to bed hoping it will make me fall asleep faster.
The feeling of lying on the bed and cant get yourself to close the eyes to sleep is terrible and I have experienced the longest is 3 hours! Staying that awake and helplessly staring on the ceiling with the light off and seeing my sisters sleeping soundly makes me feel even worse!
Now, listening to my mp3 doesn’t help anymore and that’s why I'm searching for alternative…
